Signup Genius
One of the most frequent questions that we have been asked is if we will continue using the Signup Genius or go back to our pre-COVID model of being able to “walk in” anytime. The short answer is YES, we
WILL continue to use this tool.
Note: We want to make your family’s experience at Code Ninjas the best that it can be. Please communicate with me if you have a concern that is not addressed and we can brainstorm together to find solution that works.
How has SignUp Genius been helpful?
Knowing which ninjas plan to work in the Dojo ahead of time gives us an opportunity to review what they completed last session, what their goal should be this session, and if they are experiencing any challenges or concerns that we would like to address to support them in the best way possible. In addition- Ninjas who are working through the advanced belts require different technology, and with the Sign-Up Genius- we are always ready for them.
Will I be able to sign up for a session last minute?
We hope so! To help make this possible we have added an additional in-center Dojo Day, and there will be more slots each hour as well! We are excited to add more options and increase flexibility for you!
Does my child “lose” a session if he/she is unable to make it to a scheduled session?
No! We are excitedly going to begin allowing ninjas to scan in using their wristbands again just as they did before COVID. This means that if your Ninja is unable to make it,
you will NOT lose a session.
With all this in mind, I encourage you to please update your reservations on the Signup Genius. This will allow other families to take advantage of last-minute spots.
Wristbands
- If your child was issued a wristband and has graduated to a new color belt, we will issue a new wristband at no charge.
- If your child was issued a wristband (and has not graduated to a new color), but you cannot find it or it no longer works, you can purchase one for $10.
- If your child was never given a physical wristband, we will provide one to your child at no charge.
COVID forced us to pivot and adapt in ways we never dreamed of. We appreciate ALL of your support and as a small business, look forward to continuing to grow our impact in the community.
